1. - What is technical details like max. speed, type of motor, wheels etc?
Please find the technical details and full description of the car in document of specification but all modifications are allowed.

2. - What kind of batteries are used?
GWL/Smarty is without battery pack so you can specify what bateries you want to use and for what distances to save your costs. We recommend to use LiFePO4 cells.
The 72V/90AH battery pack corresponds to about 60 km range or there is possible to travel about 140 kilometers with 72V/200Ah battery pack. The charger, battery pack and BMS is not included. We will help you to choose right items for your own battery pack by our Technical Support.

4. - Is a lease or financing over 3-5 years possible?
GWL sells the GWL/Smarty as it is. You must pay the vehicle in full prior to taking the vehicle. The car will be prepared for you only after the payment in full will be received. However, on deciding for the purchase you can arrange with your local bank or financial lease/rent company to provide the corresponding service for you. If you need any assistance for processing these documents, we will ask you to pay a deposit of EUR200 to follow with preparation of any documents for you.
5. - What is the delivery time?
The cars are in Prague warehouse and the needed time for full preparation is about 2 weeks.
6. - What is the space for installing of battery pack?
There are 4 places for installing of battery pack.
Two places are under the seats: 510 x 540 x 260 mm under each seat.
Two places are in the front of the car:
Upper space: 240 x 520 x 210 mm
Lower space 240 x 590 x 210 mm
7. - What is the warranty conditions?
GWL/Smarty is provided with life-time technical support. There is a standard 2 year warranty to cover the failure for the mechanical parts of the car.
8. - Is the GWL/Smarty provided with European homologation?
Yes, the vehicle is homologated for EU as "individually approved vehicle". Each vehicles is pre-registered in the Czech Republic and you will get the vehicle with a licence plate for EU.
9. - How do you work for the after-sale service in case of problem GWL/Smarty?
In case of technical or electric problems for the GWL/Smarty, the customer should contact us for assistance, providing all details of the situation, including a detailed description and photos. We will provide replacement parts according to the status of the problems.
Please note that the warranty does not cover the accidents, damages due to improper use or external influences. (Example: the driver hits a big stone on the road and makes damage to the wheel and the axis).
The warranty also does not cover dysfunction due to battery discharge over heating of the engine or other related issues.
To cover the accents we suggest customers to purchase the accident insurance from your local insurance company.
To cover the malfunction of the vehicle on the road, we suggest customers buy corresponding assistance service that will help them in case of a sudden malfunction on the road.
10. - Can I use my own bodywork?
Yes of course. GWL/Smarty is suitable for using your own bodywork because the frame of vehicle is on bottom side only. Please see following animation:
