Delivery date explanation

What is Confirmed and Estimated date?

Our goal is to always offer goods with immediate availability from Prague warehouse. Stock availability is live feed directly from warehouse with absolute accuracy. To provide complete details even for goods currently unavailable, we show queue of all future deliveries directly on each product page.

• Confirmed date
  After we obtain information from manufacturer about transport of goods, we are able to project delivery date with maximum precision. Confirmed date will not change (with exception of unexpected situation on the road).


• Estimated date
  Estimated date is used for goods ordered from manufacturer, but without confirmed date of arrival. Mentioned month of delivery may change during the process. Take this information as overview of upcoming deliveries to help you with project and order planning.
