IMPORTANT NOTE: The GWL/Power (i4wifi a.s.) is offering the products to business customers only.

The customers need to have sufficient professional knowledge of the products. If you make purchase at www.ev-power.eu or by other means (email, fax, etc) you confirm you are a business customer. Since all products are industrial components (not consumer goods), they may possibly cause a harm and pose a risk to consumers, we do not sell any products to consumers.

The Directive 1999/44/EC is not applicable for purchases from GWL/Power (i4wifi a.s.) to business customers.
  1. How do I make orders from the ev-power.eu web site?

    Ordering from the ev-power.eu is simple and easy!
    Choose the items from this on-line shop, put them into the shopping basket and submit your contact information, the delivery address and the delivery method.

    The on-line shop will process your request from this web-site and offer order confirmation. The order confirmation will include the Acknowledgement of the Order showing the total costs to pay including the transport and EU VAT (if necessary).

    When you have finished your order, you need to arrange for payment. We ship your order only after we receive the payment in full.

    NOTE THE PRICING: The prices on the web are frequently updated according to the exchange rate, market pricing and the promotion pricing. The pricing is valid "as it is" and the "here and now" quote applies. The prices are valid only for the current order. The prices may be different in later time (even on the same day) and for the next order(s).
  2. How can I pay for the goods
    1. Bank transfer - Direct pazment from your bank account to our bank account. This is the favoured payment method. In the European Union, please ask at your bank about SEPA payments.
    2. Credit Card or Debit Card - Please note that there is a service fee of 2% when paying for orders by Credit/Debit Card.
    3. PayPal - If you choose to pay by PayPal, the money request will be sent to your email address. Please note that there is a service fee of 4% charged for this method of payment.
    4. Cash - If you plan to come personally to our European warehouse in Prague, Czech Republic, you can pay in cash. We accept EUR up to €10,000. If there is a need to pay more, you can deposit the cash at our bank in Prague, Czech Republic.

  3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    There is no minimum order quantity or amount. We welcome orders from any customers and reward the larger orders with discount.
  4. Do you ship the goods directly, and to what countries?

    TNTYes, ev-power.eu ship anywhere in the world with TNT. The shipping costs are based on the total weight of the order. You can see the shipping costs on-line when submitting your order-request.

    Shipping of small orders is cheap, available to many countries.
    Check the basic price list for TNT shipping destinations.

    ADR9If your order includes hazardous goods (typically batteries), there is a special shipping mode with ADR shipping cost. Available countries for ADR shipping: PT, ES, FR, UK, IE, IT, DE, BE, NL, LU, CH, DK, FI, SE, NO, CZ, AT, SK, PL, HU, LV, LT, EE, SI, RO, BG. Use your own shipping agent for other countries if your order includes batteries.

    Imporant: Check additional details about transport of dangerous cargo (ADR) .

    If you wish to use your own shipping agent (UPS,DHL,DPD) or cargo company, it is also possible. You can enter the details about your shipping agent into the additional notes for your order.
  5. I did not get all goods as I ordered, what can I do?

    If you did not receive some part of the shipment or the shipment was damaged, please contact the shipping agent to file a complaint.

  6. Why do you need my telephone number?

    Our shipping partner (TNT) needs your contact phone number to arrange for the delivery of your order. Please provide the phone number when submitting your order request. Thank you!
  7. Do I have to pay tax on my order?

    If you are in the European Union and you do not have a valid VAT ID, then we need to add 21% VAT to your order. If you are in the European Union and you have a valid VAT ID, you do not need to pay the 21% VAT tax.

    If you are outside the EU, you will probably have to pay some import tax or customs duties to the government in your country. Please get information about your legal import procedures in your country prior to making the order. If you need to process the export documents, please contact us for further help.

  8. How do I get your pricing?

    You can see the pricing on-line on this web site. If you need pricing for some items not listed on the web site, please contact us for a further quote.

  9. Can I get a discount from the web shop prices? Can I get a "dealer discount"?

    You can see the pricing on-line. There are several pricing levels (please see details of any product). The discount is based on the total of each order. If you make several small orders you will pay more than for the same items in one big order. It is better to make big orders.

    We honor cooperation with all our customers. As always, cooperation starts from the first order of the first piece. Go ahead and place your order to start the cooperation. Generally stated, we offer special terms to customers with regular monthly order volume of at least USD5000.

    We support our partners. Our partner’s profit is not based only on reselling the products. It is based on the added value they provide to local customers: sales services in the local language, battery pack assemblies and installations, technical expertise, customer support, and many more areas.
  10. I need special pricing for a large project. What can you do for me?

    We will be glad to support your projects. Please contact us with a proposal of cooperation and project details. We will offer you individual terms.

    Please note that we are not able to provide special pricing for every small project. Your project should be priced above USD5000 for us to be able to discuss special terms to support your project.
  11. Your pricelist is in USD. I need prices in EUR. Can I pay in EUR?

    Yes, you can. You can change the USD/EUR currency on-line on the web pages. It is up to you to decide in which currency you wish to pay. (Note: we accept cash payments only in CZK or EUR.)
  12. Important note for Czech/Slovak customers

    Due to legal requirements, all orders from Czech and Slovak customers will be processed according to the local requirements. Local fees will be added (authorship fee, recycling fee and transport package fee).
  13. What technical support we offer?

    Our team of specialist is able to help you with wide variety of questions and requests. We offer:

  14. What is the warranty on the goods?

    We provide a guarantee for manufacturing faults/defects of 12 months for most goods from the date of delivery. If you want extend this warranty period, use the following form:

  15. How can I file a claim for faulty goods?

    Before you will file a claim on cells or batteries please check here if the conditions have been respected for their use and storage.
    In the event of failure of goods purchased from our company, please fill in the RMA form:

    You need to send us these forms to request any warranty technical support.

    It usually takes about 10 working days to process the RMA. In most cases we try to finish the RMA within 30 days. However, especially with battery complaints, we may need some more days to perform the charge/discharge tests. In such cases the RMA may take several more weeks. In any case, we will keep you informed about the progress of the RMA.

    Please, contact the Technical Department in any case of need for technical support, questions and/or problems.
  16. What should I do if I receive a damaged package?

    Carefully check the shipment before confirming the delivery from the shipping company. If the package is damaged even in part, file a complaint with the driver or the delivering agent. If you accept the shipment without a complaint, it is very hard to request additional claims after delivery.

    Additional suggestions: Always take photos of the damaged package before unpacking to record the outside damage. Make sure to proceed with the claim directly with the shipping agent representative who handles the goods delivery in your local country. Also, check the contents of any damaged/broken boxes before confirming the delivery!

    The cells and batteries can store considerable amounts of energy and the release of such energy can cause some hazardous situations. The usage of batteries also requires compliance with the rules for their use and storage. Please read important information about using batteries here.

    Batteries and cells contain chemical substances with possible negative effects on the environment and human health. Do not throw batteries into the household waste, but hand in used items to places of return and separate collections.

    GWL Power provides a place of return and a separate collection at the following address:

    i4wifi a.s., Prumyslova 11, Prague 10, Czech Republic

    You can bring the cells, batteries, solar panels and other GWL Power products personaly or you can arrange your own trasportation. The place of return and separate collection will take the devices for free.
