Demonstration video of EVSE instaling
We have developed a board based on PIC microcontroller which is able to generate 1kHz PWM signal to detect the vehicle and control the relay. It is also possible to adjust PWM width for current regulation. The board is ready to be installed as wallbox.
The new EVSE KIT wallbox brings improved design, more functions and support of Positive and Negative PWM modulation according to SAE J1772 norm, so it is compatible with all common electric vehicles.. It comes with ready-made connectors so there is no soldering needed.
The EVSE is comaptible with Nissan Leaf, Renault Zoe, VW e-Golf, BMW i3, Tesla Model S, Tesla Model X, Hyundai Ioniq, Smart ForTwo Electric Drive, Kia Soul EV, Jaguar I-Pace and with many other electric cars.

To make your own charging station you will also need a technical skills, wires, outdoor box and also a propper connector (Yazaki, Mennekes).
