What to do if BMS123 shows red "L" symbol, but all cells have correct voltage? My BMS123 OFF GRID sofware looks like this picture and shows red "L" symbol. I checked cells voltage with multimeter and all are 3.3V. What is wrong?

1) Please take in advance that BMS123 software will show red "L" warning anytime when VOLTAGE OR TEMPERATURE are BELOW levels  pre-set in dashboard (setup menu of BMS123). Please first double check your settings in the dashboard.

2) In case of error in communication between BMS Main Controller communication and balancing modules software always shows minimum possible values. This is the reason why "L" indicator is on. If BMS123 communication is working, GREEN LEDS AT BALANCING MODULES AND INSIDE MAIN CONTROLLER UNIT MUST BLINK IN SEQUENCE. If they are not blinking, please check your connection with user manual.

Green light in left-bottom corner indicates only correct USB communication.
