FAQ: How to connect the signal outputs of multiple Akumons

Answer: The Low Voltage Output (VYBITO / VYB) and the Over Voltage Output  (>17V) are galvanic separated outputs. This means it is possible to connect these outputs in parallel to get the signalization. The parallel connection works as „one of any“: this means if one of the Akumon signals the hazardous status, the data line will be connected.

NOTE – WARING:  Never connect the Balancing Output (EXT) of different AKUMONS together!  Since the balancing output is connected to the battery, you will make a short-circuit connection if you connect the EXT lines together!
