How to make solar house with consumption up to 15 kW by GridFree system

We suggest use GridFree installation with solar panels, Micro-Inverters and current relay in this case. The advantage of the GridFree is easy and full modular installation for future extension of the system. The GridFree is also cost effective because you do not need batteries. Another advantage is you will still have the public grid connection as back up if the total consumption will be higher than the power from solar panels in cloudy days or night. The Government can put tax on commercial installations, but it cannot put tax or fee on self-consumption. The GridFree does not need any permit or license from the Government

The installation is very easy. Each Micro-Inverter is directly installed and connected to the each solar panel. Cables between Micro-Inverters are included and simply connected together.

Current relay (PRI-32) provides the protection against the returning power energy from the Microinverters to to public Grid. The measured consumption is possible to set from 230 W to 4 600 W. This is the measured span.  Current relay switch off the Micro-Inverters when the consumption of the house (in measured span) is lower then power from Micro-Inverters.

The 290Wp solar panels are recommended despite the output power of one microinverter is 230 W because the performance of the system will be higher in cloudy days when the solar panels provide less power.

The system should be divided by 2x3 + 1x4 Micro-Inverters with 3 current relays so the switching of Microinverters should be solved in three steps:

1)      Consumption of the house lower then 2300 W

2)      Consumption of the house lower then 1380 W

3)      Consumption of the house lower then 690 W

There is also possible to use the eGate for monitoring and added protection. Installation of the eGate is not necessary for function of the system if you do not need the monitoring. Please see attached schema.
