Question: How is the LiFeYPO4 cells production and testing done to guarantee that 100% of the cells fulfill the quality standards?
 
Answer: The TS LiFeYPO4  (LFYP) cells (3.2V) and batteries  (12V) are made by the ThunderSky battery group in China (the TS.Group). The TS.Group has been making the batteries for more than 10 years.  This is longer than any other LiFePO4 battery producer. That is why the production quality and manufacturing experience is much, much higher that some companies who just start the battery business.  Yes, there were some problems in the past, but this is now long gone. The TS.Group learned its mistakes, and now knows how to make the high-quality cells. This makes the basis for 100% quality.
 
The TS.Group has been producing hundreds of thousands of Ah cells every week in several factories and several more new factories are going to be opened. The LiFeYPO4 cell and battery production is a highly industrial technology process. All production processes are under a strict inspection. If there is any failure during the production, this will influence the whole production batch, not just one or few batteries. In such situation, the whole production batch is discarded and will not be processed for final product. This is another reason for 100% quality.
 
During the production, the raw materials, the production of the cell sheets, cell assembly and product finalization, all are monitored and tested for quality. That is why 100% quality is reached.
 
Every final battery is charged and individually tested for the specification. The derivation of capacity, the internal resistance, the voltage levels and comparative values (voltage changes per currents) are measured during the final tests. This data is recorded and each battery is marked by its serial number.  This makes 100% sure all cells and batteries are 100% OK and meet the production standards.
