Why you may need to queue up for the orders. Delivery information

FAQ1:  I wish to order some batteries from your web shop.  I keep checking the stock quantity of the model for many weeks, but the quantity is always „zero“. When will you receive the goods?

Answer:  You can place your order without waiting for the stock quantity to appear on the web shop. Please take note that we process orders based on the payment of the order. This means: if you keep waiting and do not place your order, other customers may go ahead and place (and pay) their order.  As a result when the goods arrive, the goods is booked to these orders first and no free on stock may be left.  We suggest you place your order rather then keep waiting.

FAQ2:  Your sales colleagues told me that the new shipment would arrive in March. However in March no goods was available to order. I am unhappy that I need to wait for so long time.

Answer:  We have regular shipments coming usually each month. However the demand may sometimes be higher than the quantity in the coming shipment. This means that the booking of goods is only for the open (and pre-paid) orders. We always suggest placing your order to secure the goods.

FAQ3:  Your colleagues from sales department promised that the goods would be available in middle of March. Not it is beginning of April. What shall I do?  When will I receive the goods?

Answer:  We always try to give the exact information about the estimated delivery. But there may be delays. If this happens, we are sorry that we cannot keep the original delivery date. We always try our best to move the shipments ahead, but if delay occurs, we have no way to speed the delivery. We ask you for understanding.
