LFP cells quality inspection, voltage checking and shipping

Question: We have received a shipment of the batteries. One or two cells have a lower voltage of 0.75V and 1.12V. Why is this so? (Especially if you say, that all cells are professionally tested in the factory).

Answer: Firstly, we are sorry to hear that there are some cells with low voltage in your shipment. In some cases this may unfortunately happen. See the explanation bellow:
